  • Lead data submitted through your forms: name, contact, message, and optional attachments.

  • To provide and operate ViglasCard features.
  • To authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • To process subscriptions, invoices, and payment-related communications.
  • To improve product performance, reliability, and analytics insights.

3. Legal bases for processing

We process data based on contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), legal obligations (billing/compliance), and consent where applicable.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We share data with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payments, email, communications).

5. Payment information (Stripe)

Card details are handled by Stripe. ViglasCard does not store full card numbers. Payment metadata and billing status may be stored for subscription management, audit trails, and support.

  • Reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect confidentiality and integrity.
  • Access restrictions, event logging, and incident monitoring.
  • No system is 100 percent secure; users also must protect credentials and endpoints.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain operational records.

8. Your privacy rights

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal/operational limitations.
  • You may request account closure and data export when available.

9. Children's privacy

ViglasCard is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of personal data collected from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data.
