5. Payment information (Stripe)
Card details are handled by Stripe. ViglasCard does not store full card numbers. Payment metadata and billing status may be stored for subscription management, audit trails, and support.

- Access restrictions, event logging, and incident monitoring.
- No system is 100 percent secure; users also must protect credentials and endpoints.

8. Your privacy rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal/operational limitations.
- You may request account closure and data export when available.

9. Children's privacy
ViglasCard is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of personal data collected from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data.
